Dude my fingers are in pain. I’m just completely destroying my tendons. Thankfully, we’re less than 3 weeks away from finishing this. Even when I’m done, I feel like I always have to do pull ups though.
We’re getting close to the last few pups going to their homes. Thankfully, my family is keeping 6 of them… it started with only 1… now we’re keeping 6. But I mean come on just look at that FACE!!

However, something important to note… you still gotta put in the work to have the shadows, so if anything, slap a filter on and call it a day. But don’t worry, there’s always summer of 2021 to work towards! I get it though, quarantine hasn’t been the same for everyone. It was honestly the best thing to ever happen to my body (and liver). However, I’ll be the first one to admit that I overcompensate in my personal life for an extra sense of control, since I don’t have the best grip of my professional life. You win some you lose some. Luckily I’m losing this battle with abs.
Would ya look at that. 90,000 pull-ups. These last few weeks have been an absolute game changer since I’ve been home in Palm Springs. I have my hole gym with a bench and squat rack, as well as plates that go up to 315lbs. so this definitely gets the job done. I weighed myself for the first time since mid-May and I’ve gained 2lbs. of what looks like muscle. Squats and deadlifts every day. Anyways, here’s my bby gurl Denali.

21 more days till I’m done. 3 more weeks. A lot has changed since I started this. My back is so incredibly lumpy, and I can’t wait to take a few days off. But until then… 500 pull-ups every day.

Today was rough.
Didn’t post on the 4th. But from my shenanigans on July 3rd, I woke up, went on a run to the beach. Started my pull ups… paused at 240 to go throw-up. Came back feeling amazing… yacked again at 370…. but gawdamn I felt so good the rest of the day.
